Standard 12-month fixed natural gas plans in Georgia. Source: PSC September 2026 fixed chart. Annual cost assumes 641 therms/year and includes the Atlanta Gas Light base charge, per the PSC's own method. Complaints are the Georgia PSC's own counts, September 2024 to August 2026; the PSC does not publish customer counts, so larger marketers naturally receive more. Google reviews are ratings and counts from verified Google Business Profiles, updated monthly via Outscraper. Based in GA reflects where the marketer's owner is headquartered, not its Georgia sales office. Sign up links go to the marketer's own site; the Georgia Public Service Commission does not endorse any marketer. Advertised / therm is the marketer's own advertised price for this exact plan, when lower than the filed rate, linked to the evidence. Advertised prices carry the offer's conditions, often new customers only, listed on the evidence page. It does not change the filed rate, the annual cost or the order, and no rate is guaranteed.

Not everything on this table is sold everywhere. Metro Atlanta can buy every filed plan; Savannah, Augusta, Macon and the rest of Georgia cannot. Look up your ZIP.

How to use this table

Short answers for people comparing Georgia natural gas rates. Longer explanations live in the guides linked below.

How do I compare Georgia or Atlanta natural gas rates on this page?
Sort and rank by estimated annual cost, not the per-therm rate alone. The table lists every marketer's standard 12-month fixed plan filed with the Georgia PSC for this month. Annual cost folds in the per-therm rate, the marketer's monthly service charge, and the Atlanta Gas Light base charge under one shared usage assumption, so plans are comparable across marketers. See which plan type suits you if you are not shopping fixed.
What is the Georgia PSC Marketers Pricing Index?
It is the Public Service Commission's monthly publication of every certificated marketer's filed prices. Marketers set their own rates; the PSC requires them to file and publishes the charts as PDFs. This site parses those filings. The Commission does not rank or endorse marketers. How the PSC pricing index works, and why an advertised rate can differ from the filed one.
Why does annual cost matter more than the rate per therm?
A low per-therm rate with a high monthly service charge can cost more over a year than a slightly higher rate with a lower fee. The annual estimate uses the PSC's shared therms-per-year assumption so every plan is measured the same way. For the delivery half of the bill, see AGL charges explained and how to read your bill.
Can every household buy every plan in the table?
Not always. Some plans are limited to Metro Atlanta AGL pool groups. Look up your ZIP, or ask the marketer for your address before you enroll. Households that cannot get a market plan may be assigned to Georgia's regulated provider.
